April 29 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
    
    ATOS  ATOS.PA : 
    French government has sent a letter of intent to Atos' board
with the aim of acquiring all of its activities it deems
strategic, Finance Minister Bruno Le Maire said on Sunday.
    
    AZERION  AZRN.AS :
    The software publishing company announced on Friday the
purchase of around 26% of Eniro Group AB's ordinary shares from
its two major shareholders, SpectrumOne AB and Intressenter.
    
    DANONE  DANO.PA  
    French dairy group on Friday said it has issued a 700
million euros bond with a 6-year maturity and a 3.481% coupon.
    
    ENGIE  ENGIE.PA :
    French energy firm plans to sell its stake in Morocco's
largest coal plant in Safi (SAFIEC), to focus on renewables and
energy infrastructure, the company's North Africa director said
on Friday.
    
    FRANCE:
    France should step up its efforts to revive its public
finances and meet its medium-term fiscal target, Finance
Minister Bruno Le Maire said on Friday after Moody's and Fitch
decided to spare the country an embarrassing downgrade.
    
    TOTALENERGIES < TTEF.PA>:
    Sanctions on Russian gas from the Yamal LNG project in
eastern Russia would cause prices to spike and profit global gas
sellers including TotalEnergies, chief executive Patrick
Pouyanne said on Friday, as several EU countries have called to
impose sanctions on Russian LNG.
    The Iraqi prime minister's office said on Sunday in a
statement that TotalEnergies aimed to complete the first phases
of a solar power project and an associated gas project in 2025,
citing the company's chief executive Patrick Pouyanne.
