AZZ Inc climbs on higher Q1 sales, profit

** Shares of AZZ Inc  AZZ.N  rise 4.3% to $42.8 in afternoon
trade
    ** Company's Q1 sales rise 37% to $314.4 mln, helped by

    ** Net income rose to $24.1 mln from $22.3 mln in the
prior-year quarter
    ** AZZ forecasts Q2 sales in the range of $485 mln to $510
mln vs $216.4 mln in the same period last year
    ** Stock had fallen nearly 26% YTD, up to the last close
