7.6% to 71.7 rupees
    ** Construction and engineering co says its Q2 consol profit
dropped 21.8% y/y to 93.8 mln rupees ($1.1 mln)
    ** Revenue from operations fell 18.2% 
    ** Stock set to fall for third straight session
    ** More than 762,000 shares traded, 1.4x 30-day moving avg
    ** BLKS last down 2%, trimming YTD gains to ~19%
