3.4% to 28.75 rupees, their biggest intra day pct gain since
March 9, 2023
    ** Civil engineering and construction co on Monday said it
secured two orders worth 1.58 bln rupees ($19.2 mln)
    ** Order for construction, civil and structural works
    ** BLKS's current order book stands at ~20.89 bln rupees
    ** Over 69,000 shares change hands by 09:28 a.m. IST, 0.4x
the 30-day moving avg
    ** As of last close, stock down ~14% so far this year,
reversing its 11.2% gain in 2022
