Completion of Sale of German Business
 
Following the Company's announcement on 11 March 2020 of the exchange of contracts for the sale of the B&M Group's entire 80% shareholding in J.A. Woll-Handels GmbH (the "Transaction"), the Company confirms that completion of the Transaction has taken place today on the terms set out in the previous announcement.
