Block Listing Application
B&M European Value Retail S.A. (the "Company") announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 585,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each (the "Shares") to trade on the Lodon Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List. The Shares will rank equallly with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
The Shares are to be issued from time to time pursuant to the rules of the B&M European Value Retail S.A. Long Term Incentive Plan and the B&M European Value Retail S.A. Company Share Option Plan. 
Admission of the Shares is expected to take place on 14 July 2017.
