B&M European Value Retail S.A.

 

Block Listing Application

 

 

B&M European Value Retail S.A. (the "Company") announces that an
application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London
Stock Exchange for a block listing of 1,500,000 ordinary shares of 10
pence each (the "Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading
on the London Stock Exchange. The Shares will rank equally with the existing
issued ordinary shares of the Company.

 

The Shares are to be issued from time to time pursuant to the rules of the
various B&M European Value Retail S.A. Long Term Incentive Plan and
Deferred Bonus Share Plan.

 

Admission of the Shares is expected to take place on 24 July 2025.
