B&M European Value Retail S.A. confirms that as at today's date, Oliver
Tant, Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Company's Audit and Risk
Committee, has stepped down as a Non-Executive Director of Redrow plc
following clearance of the combination between Redrow plc and Barratt
Developments plc by the UK Competition and Markets Authority.
