Notification of Transactions of Directors
On 5 August 2015 an award in the form of a nil-cost option to acquire ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company was granted to Paul McDonald, an Executive Director, under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP").
The Award under the LTIP was granted for nil consideration and the total number of shares subject to the Award is 81,232. The vesting of the Award is conditional on continued employment and the satisfaction of performance conditions over a three year performance period. There is also a holding period of 5 years from the date of grant of the Award.
