Director Appointment & Results of the Ordinary General Meeting

 

The Company is pleased to announce that Euan Sutherland has been appointed as
a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect following the
approval of his appointment by the Company's shareholders at the Ordinary
General Meeting of the Company held earlier today.

The results of the votes on the resolution proposed at the Ordinary General
Meeting of the Company held on 20 January 2025 were as follows.

Please note that a vote withheld is not a vote in law and is not counted in
the calculation of votes for and against a resolution.

On the record date on 6 January 2025, the total number of voting rights (TVR)
was 1,003,812,412 and the total number of shares in issue was 1,003,821,871
 (ISC).
