PDMR and Director Dealings
B.P. Marsh (AIM: BPM), the specialist investor in early-stage financial
services businesses, announces that it has been notified that Mr. Dan
Topping, Chief Executive Officer has purchased an aggregate of 3,906 ordinary
shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
The Company has been notified that on 27 March 2026, Mr. Topping purchased
3,906 ordinary shares at 640p per share, for a total of £24,999.90.
Following this transaction, Mr. Topping holds a beneficial interest in:
· 152,787 Ordinary Shares (including 14,594 shares held by persons
closely associated with him)
· 17,375 Ordinary Shares held through the Company's SIP Trust, and
· 123,715 Ordinary Shares under the Company's Joint Share Ownership
Plan.
In total, Mr Topping's new total represents approximately 0.82% of the
Company's voting rights.
Mr. Topping also has options over 310,000 Ordinary Shares as part of the
Company's Share Option Plan announced on 20(th) November 2023.
