Notice of AGM

 

B.P. Marsh, the specialist investor in early stage financial services
businesses, announces that it will be holding its Annual General Meeting
("AGM") at 11:00 a.m. BST on Wednesday 26 July 2023 at 1 Cornhill, London EC3V
3ND. The Company has today posted its Notice of AGM and Annual Report &
Accounts to its Shareholders and both documents are available on the Company's
website (www.bpmarsh.co.uk (http://www.bpmarsh.co.uk) ).

 

This year's AGM will again be a hybrid meeting. The meeting will be held in
person with the opportunity for Shareholders to view (though not participate
in) the proceedings via the Investor Meet Company platform. The business of
the meeting will be conducted by way of a poll, and Shareholders are
encouraged to submit their votes, in respect of the business to be considered
at the AGM, via proxy. More information on how to vote by proxy is contained
within the Notice of AGM which has been sent to shareholders and is available
under the 'Shareholder Documents' section of our website.

 

Shareholders can follow the proceedings of the AGM in real time via an online
audio and presentation link on the Investor Meet Company platform and,
following the formal proceedings, pre-submitted questions will be answered by
Company Management.  Shareholders that wish to view the AGM should register
for the event in advance via the following link where they will also be able
to submit questions up until 9:00am on 25 July 2023:
