PDMR and Director Dealings

 

B.P. Marsh (AIM: BPM), the specialist investor in early-stage financial
services businesses, announces that it has been notified that Mr. Daniel
Topping, Chief Investment Officer, has undertaken a transfer of shares of 10
pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

 

The Company has been made aware that Daniel on 2 August 2023 has transferred a
holding of 121,640 Ordinary Shares between nominee SIPP accounts for nil
consideration.

 

Following the transfer, Daniel's beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares
remains unchanged at 133,074 Ordinary Shares (including 11,434 Ordinary Shares
held by his wife Claire Cronin), together with a beneficial interest in 24,531
Ordinary Shares held in the Company's SIP Trust, representing in aggregate
approximately 0.42% of the total voting rights of the Company.

 

Additionally, Daniel, as part of the Company's Joint Share Ownership Plan, has
a beneficial interest (as a joint owner alongside JTC Employer Solutions
Trustee) over 167,465 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.45% of the
total voting rights of the Company.

 

Subsequently, on 3 August 2023, Daniel's wife, Claire Cronin, also transferred
for nil consideration 11,434 Ordinary Shares between nominee accounts. There
has been no change to Claire's interest in the Company.
