Result of AGM

B.P. Marsh & Partners Plc (AIM: BPM), the niche venture capital provider
to early stage financial services businesses, is pleased to announce that at
its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly
passed.

Voting was conducted by way of a poll, the results of which are as follows:
