Result of General Meeting

B.P. Marsh & Partners Plc (AIM:  BPM), the specialist private equity
investor in early stage financial services businesses, is pleased to announce
that all the resolutions considered and voted upon by shareholders were duly
passed at the General Meeting held yesterday. The Poll results for the
resolutions are as follows:
