Director Declaration

Pursuant to UK Listing Rule 6.4.9 (2), BAE Systems plc announces that Nick
Anderson, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, will be appointed to the
board of Hill & Smith PLC as a non-executive director from 11 March 2026.
Following the conclusion of Hill & Smith PLC's Annual General Meeting in
May 2026, he will assume the role of Chair of its board and the nomination
committee.
