The Company has been notified that Mrs Katerina Garwood, a connected person to Alan Garwood, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, yesterday disposed of 40,000 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in BAE Systems plc at a price of 453.5 pence per share.
