NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES OR THEIR CONNECTED PERSONS
Notification made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
The Company has been notified that Tom Arseneault, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR), today exercised an option over 21,326 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in BAE Systems plc under the BAE Systems Executive Share Option Plan at an option price of 428 pence per share and subsequently disposed of 20,623 of those shares at a price of 534.4 pence per share. 
The sale transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.
