NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES OR THEIR CONNECTED PERSONS
Notification made in accordance with Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
The Company was notified today that Tom Arseneault, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, acquired 98,247 ordinary shares of 2.5pence each in BAE Systems plc on 30 March 2015 under the BAE Systems Restricted Share Plan. No consideration was paid for the acquisition of these shares, which were sourced from treasury shares. Subsequently, 37,517 of those shares were disposed of at a price of 529.39 pence per share. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.
