BAE Systems plc

Chris Grigg to retire from the BAE Systems plc Board

Chris Grigg, a non-executive director and Senior Independent Director, will
retire from the BAE Systems plc Board on 31 December 2023, having served for
more than 10 years. Nicole Piasecki will succeed Chris as Senior Independent
Director with effect from 1 January 2024.

Cressida Hogg, Chair of BAE Systems plc, said:

"I would like to thank Chris for his outstanding contribution as a member of
the Board and latterly as SID.  His commercial acumen, operational
perspective and financial understanding have been hugely valuable to the
company throughout his long tenure, and will be missed."
