Annual Report 2021 & AGM Documents 2022

 

BAE Systems plc has today published its Annual Report and Accounts for the
year ended 31 December 2021 ('Annual Report 2021'). The full document can be
viewed on the Company's website at: www.baesystems.com/investors

Copies of the Annual Report 2021 will be posted to those shareholders who have
requested to receive communications from the Company in printed form.

In compliance with Section 9.6 of the Listing Rules, a copy of the Annual
Report 2021 has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism in
machine-readable XHTML web browser format and will shortly be available for
