Significant Direct and Indirect Interests - Correction

Since 2011, Silchester International Investors LLP ("Silchester") has been
named in BAE Systems plc (the "Company") Annual Reports as a major
shareholder. Silchester has informed the Company that it does not have a
notifiable direct or indirect interest in the Company and has not done so
since December 2023.

The Company is making this announcement to correct the inaccurate shareholding
information in its Annual Reports. The Company has not been informed of any
transaction in recent years in the Company's ordinary shares by Silchester
that would require an announcement.
