PDMR Notification - Administrative Error
Under the all-employee BAE Systems Share Incentive Plan in the period between January 2014 and January 2015 a total of 588 shares were acquired for Sir Roger Carr, non-executive Chairman of the Company and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility for the purposes of the DTRs. The shares were acquired in error as non-executive directors are not entitled to participate in the plan. Consequently, the holding has been cancelled. Sir Roger Carr's BAE Systems shareholding has not changed as a result and remains 50,246 shares as notified previously.
