2023 Annual Report and Accounts

BAE Systems plc (the "Company") announces that its 2023 Annual Report has been
published today and can be accessed at:

the Company's Preliminary Results Announcement for the year ended 31 December
2023 published on 21 February 2024, which can be accessed at:

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R, a copy of the Company's 2023 Annual
Report will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism today and will be
shortly available for inspection at:

As part of the mailing of the Company's 2024 Notice of Annual General Meeting,
