BAE Systems plc  - Remuneration Committee Chair

 

On 20 October 2021 the Company announced that Ian Tyler would retire from the
Board at the Company's AGM in 2022, and that Dame Carolyn Fairbairn would
succeed him as Chair of the Remuneration Committee, with effect from 1 January
2022. It has subsequently been agreed that Dame Carolyn will now succeed him
in that role, with effect from the close of the Company's AGM on 5(th) May
2022.
