TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

 

 

BAE Systems plc (the "Company") announces that, in accordance with the terms
of its share repurchase programme announced on 28 July 2022 (the "Buyback
Programme") and following the announcement on 17 November 2022 in relation to
the initiation of the second tranche of the Buyback Programme (the "Second
Tranche"), the Company purchased the following number of its ordinary shares
of 2.5p each from Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc.

 Number of ordinary shares purchased:               323,103
 Highest price paid per share (p):                  991.00
 Lowest price paid per share (p):                   980.00
 Volume weighted average price paid per share (p):  985.11

 

 

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.

In relation to the Second Tranche, since 17 November 2022, BAE Systems plc has
purchased 56,761,495 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs)
of £499,907,360.33.

International plc on behalf of the Company as part of the share repurchase
