** The two-wheeler maker said it will consider a proposal to buyback its fully paid-up equity shares

** Co did not disclose details on the size or timing of the potential buyback

** BAJA rated "buy" on average by 37 analysts, median PT: 10,473.13 rupees

** YTD, stock up ~4.5% vs Nifty 50's decline of ~8.9%
