** Bajaj Electricals BJEL.NS rises 5.6% to 380 rupees, following two straight sessions of losses

** Household appliances maker signed agreement to acquire the intellectual property and brand rights for Morphy Richards in India and select South Asian markets for 1.41 bln rupees ($15.3 mln)

** Morphy Richards is a UK home appliances brand owned by Ireland's Glen Dimplex group

** BJEL down 24% so far in 2026
