India New Issue-Bajaj Housing Finance to issue 3-year bonds, bankers say
MUMBAI, May 22 (Reuters) - India's Bajaj Housing Finance BAJO.NS plans to raise 10 billion rupees ($116.3 million), including a greenshoe option of 5 billion rupees, through by selling bonds maturing in three years, two merchant bankers said on Thursday. The company will pay has invited bids from bankers and investors on Friday, the bankers said. Bajaj Housing Finance did not reply to a Reuters email seeking comment.
