India New Issue-Bajaj Housing Finance to issue 3-year bonds, bankers say
MUMBAI, Sept 12 (Reuters) - India's Bajaj Housing Finance BAJO.NS plans to raise 10 billion rupees ($113.27 million)including a greenshoe option of 5 billion rupees, by selling bonds maturing in three years and one month, three merchant bankers said on Friday. The company has invited bids from bankers and investors later in the day, the bankers said. Bajaj Housing Finance did not immediately reply to a Reuters email seeking comment.
