India New Issue-Bajaj Housing Finance to issue multiple tenor bonds, bankers say
MUMBAI, June 10 (Reuters) - India's Bajaj Housing Finance BAJO.NS plans to raise 35 billion rupees ($409.1 million), which includes a greenshoe option of 15 billion rupees, through the sale of two-year and two-month bonds and five-year bonds, two merchant bankers said on Tuesday. The company has invited bids from bankers and investors earlier on Wednesday, they said. Bajaj Housing Finance did not reply to a Reuters email seeking comment.
