India New Issue-Bajaj Housing Finance to issue near 2-year bonds, bankers say
MUMBAI, April 29 (Reuters) - India's Bajaj Housing Finance BAJO.NS plans to raise 15 billion rupees ($176 million), including a greenshoe option of 10 billion rupees, selling bonds maturing in one year and 10 months, two merchant bankers said on Tuesday. The company has invited bids from bankers and investors on Wednesday, the bankers said. Bajaj Housing Finance did not reply to a Reuters email seeking comment.
