India New Issue-Bajaj Housing Finance to reissue 3-year bonds, bankers say
MUMBAI, Nov 11 (Reuters) - India's Bajaj Housing Finance BAJO.NS plans to raise up to 10 billion rupees ($111.3 million), including a greenshoe option of 5 billion rupees, through the reissue of 7.10% October 2028 bond, three bankers said on Tuesday. It has invited coupon and commitment bids for the issue on Wednesday, they said. The company did not immediately respond to a Reuters email seeking comment.
