India New Issue-Bajaj Housing Finance to reissue May 2028 bonds, bankers say
MUMBAI, June 3 (Reuters) - India's Bajaj Housing Finance BAJO.NS plans to raise 10 billion rupees ($117.03 million), which includes 5 billion rupees of a greenshoe option, through reissue of 7.02% May 2028 bonds, two merchant bankers said on Tuesday. The company has invited bids from bankers and investors on Wednesday, they said. Bajaj Housing Finance did not reply to a Reuters email seeking comment.
