** Shares of Bajel Projects BAJL.NS fall 5% to 224.11 rupees; on track to fall for third straight day

** Power infra co reported a 46.5% y/y fall in Q1 consol profit to 29.6 mln rupees ($337,928.48); expenses rose 18.5%

** Co says, "despite ongoing finance cost pressures, we continue to enhance efficiency and collaborate with financial partners to mitigate challenges."

** BAJL fell 13.6% YTD so far
