Retirement of Director

 

Baker Steel Resources Trust Limited ("the Company") announces that David
Staples retired as a director of the Company on 31 December 2022. The Board
would like to take this opportunity to thank David for his contribution to the
Company,

 

As announced on 13 October 2022, John Falla has been appointed to the Board of
the Company and will take over as chair of the Company's Audit Committee with
immediate effect.
