Result of AGM

The Board of Directors of the Company are pleased to announce the results of
the Company's Annual General Meeting held on Thursday 14(th) September 2023

Resolutions 1-11 were all passed as proposed.

Resolutions 1-9 were passed by a majority in excess of 99%.

The Board noted that 20.58% of votes cast for Resolutions 10 and 11 were
against the resolutions being passed. The Board have taken an action to obtain
an understanding of the reasons investors voted as they did on these
Resolutions.
