    ** The specialty chemicals maker gets Maharashtra govt
approves 'mega project' status for an expansion project
    ** BAMN dropped ~1.5% in 2023
    ** Peers Vinati Organics  VNTI.NS  fell ~12.6% in 2023,
while Gujarat Fluorochemicals  GUJL.NS  gained ~19%
