Balaji Telefilms Ltd has informed BSE that the Committee of Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on March 10, 2016, has approved allotment of 10720000 Equity Shares of the Company to Vanderbilt University, GHI LTP LTD, GHI HSP LTD, GHI ERP LTD, Atyant Capital India Fund-I.
