the Exchange regarding Outcome of Board Meeting held on August 
30, 2017.Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with part A of Schedule 
III of SEBI( Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) 
Regulations 2015, We wish to inform you that the Directors of 
the Company at their Board Meeting held today ie 30.08.2017 
approved inter alia the following;1. Decided to issue 
2,20,00,000 ( Two Crores Twenty Lakhs) Equity share of the 
company of the Face value of Rs. 10/-(Rupees Ten) each at a 
price of Rs. 15/- (Rupees Fifteen)(including a premium of Rs. 
5/-(Rupees Five) per share, to the prospective investors of the 
Company including promoter group by way of Preferential Issue, 
subject to approval of shareholders of the Company in 
forthcoming Annual General Meeting(AGM)]
