Confirmation of Group Chief Executive Appointment Date

 

 

Balfour Beatty plc, the international infrastructure group, today announces
that, further to the announcement of Philip Hoare's appointment as Group Chief
Executive made on 5 March 2025, Philip will join the Company as Group Chief
Executive and member of the Board as Executive Director, with effect from 8
September 2025.

 

Leo Quinn will step down from the Board as Group Chief Executive on the same
date and will continue in an advisory capacity for several months to ensure a
seamless transition.

 

This announcement is made in accordance with Rule 6.4.7 of the UK Listing
Rules.
