Director Change
In accordance with LR 6.4.6R (2), Balfour Beatty plc, the international
infrastructure group, announces today that Michael Lucki has notified the
Company that he will not be standing for re-election at the 2025 AGM and, as a
result, he will step down as a Non-executive Director of the Company at the
conclusion of the Company's AGM on 8 May 2025.
Charles Allen, Lord Allen of Kensington, CBE, Balfour Beatty Group Chair said:

contribution to Balfour Beatty, as well as the insights and experience he has
brought to his role as a Board Committee member. Mike has been with us since

profitable growth. I wish him well in his future endeavours."
