Balfour Beatty plc (the "Company") was informed on 3 April 2018 by the Trustee of the Balfour Beatty Employee Share Ownership Trust (the "Trust") that, on 3 April 2018, each of the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities was the subject of an award of Ordinary Shares of 50p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company by the Trust, pursuant to the rules of the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan.  The Ordinary Shares were awarded at a price of 269.7p each and will vest after three years in accordance with the rules of the Deferred Bonus Plan.
