Following the release on 26 June 2018 of a share award ("Award") pursuant to the rules of the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan, the following Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities elected to sell the minimum number of Ordinary Shares of 50p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in order to meet their income tax and national insurance obligations in respect of this Award as set out below:
