Interim dividend in respect of the year ending 31 December 2017: Payment details
Balfour Beatty plc (Legal Entity Identifier: CT4UIJ3TUKGYYHMENQ17) confirms that, in relation to the interim dividend of 1.2 pence per ordinary share in respect of the year ending 31 December 2017 ("the interim 2017 dividend") declared by the Board and announced on 16 August 2017 with its results for the half-year ended 30 June 2017 (RNS Number 0957O), the payment details are as follows.
The interim 2017 dividend will be paid on 1 December 2017 to holders on the register on 6 October 2017 by direct credit or, where no mandate has been given, by cheque posted on 30 November 2017 payable on 1 December 2017. The ordinary shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 5 October 2017.
