TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND ISSUED SHARE CAPITAL

 

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's ('FCA') Disclosure
Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, the Company notifies the market that,
as at 31 December 2023:

 

§ the Company's issued share capital comprised 544,147,602 Ordinary shares of
50p each ('Shares'), each with one vote;

§ no Ordinary shares of 50p each are held in treasury; and

§ the total number of voting rights in the Company is 544,147,602.

 

The above figure of 544,147,602 may be used by shareholders (and others with
notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which
they can determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a
change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance
and Transparency Rules.
