fall ~4% to $61.42 
    ** Co posts net sales of $3.08 bln, compared with analysts'
estimates of $3.13 bln - data compiled by LSEG
    ** Reports 5% decline in North and Central American beverage
packaging business revenue to $1.46 bln vs. Street estimates
of$1.57 billion, along with a 3.1% volume decline 
    ** Also posts Q3 EPS of 91 cents vs. Expectations of 88
cents
    ** Up to Wednesday's close, stock has risen 11.6% YTD
