Wall Street was on track to a cautious opening on Tuesday as investor appetite
for risk waned after China retaliated against new trade restrictions announced
by U.S. President Donald Trump with counter tariffs.  .N 
    
At  13:30 EST, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was up 0.17% at
44,497.79. The S&P 500  .SPX  was up 0.60% at 6,030.77, and the Nasdaq Composite
 .IXIC  was up 1.15% at 19,614.70.
