    ** Says co remains in its formative stages and may need more
capital 
    ** Foresees difficulty for Bally's to execute its digital
strategy and launch digital products by next year
    ** Three of nine analysts rate the stock "buy", while six
rate it "hold" – Refinitiv 
    ** Including session losses, stock down 26.37% YTD
