Post-offer intention statements made in relation to Gamesys Group PLC
("Gamesys")

 

Bally's refers to its recommended cash offer for Gamesys, which was
implemented by way of a scheme of arrangement under Part 26 of the Companies
Act 2006 (the "Scheme") and which became effective on 1 October 2021.  As
required by Rule 19.6(c) of the Code, Bally's has confirmed to The Panel on
Takeovers and Mergers that it has complied with its post-offer intention
statements made pursuant to Rules 2.7(c)(viii) and 24.2 of the Code that were
contained in the 13 April 2021 announcement of the Scheme and the Scheme
document published on 1 June 2021.
